Warranty

RAM Studio Texas provides a 60-Day Return Window for any failure or malfunction of the product. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser. RAM Studio Texas warrants this product and its parts against finish and electrical defects for 60 days from the original purchase date. Crates and other non-metallic accessories are covered by this 60 day warranty. Mechanical Defects are covered for the lifetime of the product. Mechanical Defects include: Broken welds or breakage of the structure of a metal product.

Shipping fees incurred from returns for under warranty service in the first 60-days will be paid by RAM Studio Texas. The customer must pay all shipping fees both to and from RAM Studio Texas for repairs or warranty claims following this 60-day period.

RAM Studio Texas is not liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from use or inability to use the product. Under no circumstances shall RAM Studio Texas be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage exceeding the purchase price of the piece. RAM Studio Texas is always willing to work with our customers concerning issues with our products.
